We are not a big online retailer, we aren't even a small online retailer, we're just a tiny team of makers and doers trying to support our dreams with a little side-hustle. As such we do not have customer service robots or teams of call-center workers all over the globe waiting to answer calls at all hours, in all time-zones.

We do however take great pride in being hands-on, responsible, and honorable in all our dealings with customers, subscribers, followers, and well... everyone.
