Refund policy

We are not a big online retailer, we aren't even a small online retailer, we're just a tiny team of makers and doers trying to support our dreams with a little side-hustle. As such we are not able to suffer the slings and arrows that giant sellers might absorb with their liberal returns policies and their customer service robots. Our policies are outlined below. Thank you for understanding.

Some items (such as made-to-order merch) are not eligible for returns or refunds of any kind. These items are created and paid for by us when you order them and cannot be refunded. Please order carefully.

Items made in-house at Lumbering Shenanigans, such as our greeting cards, and some maker-project items can be returned under limited circumstances. However, in order to offer free shipping on your outgoing order, we cannot also cover the cost of shipping on returns. Please contact us via the form on the home page if you feel your return is truly justified.

That said... If it's our fault, we will do our best to make things right.
